CPM was founded in Austin, Texas in 1996 as a sole proprietorship. CPM is registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, certified Small / Disadvantaged / Minority / Women / Business Enterprise by the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency, and certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) by the State of Texas Department of Transportation.
